1. ID Proof (PAN Card, or Passport) - Originals Required at the time of Personal Discussion.
2. Address proof (Phone bill/Passport/DL/Bank Statement) - Originals Required at the time of Personal Discussion.
3. Business Address Proof (Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Bank Statement with Seal & Sign by Bank Authourity).
4. Business Registration certificate from the Relevant Authorities / GST Registration Certificate.
5. Business Continuity Proof..
(a) Article of Association / Memorandum of Association / Certificate of Incorporation – For Directors of Companies
(b) Shops & Establishment License Registration certificate of the Business from the Relevant Authorities – For Proprietary / Partnership firms
6. Business photos with Name board.
7. Latest three years ITR's full set with Auditor seal & Signature.
(ITR-V, Profit & Loss Account, Balance sheet, Computation of Income, Depreciation schedule)
8. Form-26AS for last 3yrs.
9. Latest 1 year bank statement in PDF Format - Current Account.
10. Latest 1 year bank statement in PDF Format - Savings Account.
11. If any loans availed, Sanction letter & loan Account/s Statement/s required.
12. Four Passport size photos of Applicant & Co-Applicant (if any).
13. Loan Application form to be filled and signed by both the Applicant & Co-Applicant (if any) along with the other forms.
